Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and pe777 (hereinafter "pe777", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pe777.casino and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, "the Platform").

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active pe777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

pe777 permits each individual to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under a pseudonym, or using a different Pakistani mobile number or email address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all PKR balances and bonuses held within them.

pe777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), a passport, or a utility bill confirming your registered Pakistani address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by pe777 support may result in account restrictions or closure.

Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pe777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time SMS verification codes issued to your registered Pakistani mobile number. pe777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings as an additional layer of security.

You must not share your pe777 login credentials with any other person. pe777 will treat any activity performed using your login credentials as activity carried out by you personally and will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your pe777 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pe777 support immediately at [email protected]. pe777 will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, temporarily restrict access to the account pending resolution. pe777's 24/7 English-language support team maintains an average live chat response time of under five minutes.

Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on the pe777 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pe777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to player accounts.

Deposits:

• pe777 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, SadaPay, and Raast. The minimum deposit amount is stated on the pe777 deposit page and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits from payment accounts not registered in the player's own name will be declined and refunded. pe777 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits are credited to your pe777 PKR wallet in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the sending institution.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by pe777's payments team.
• pe777 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 90 seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfers may take up to two (2) business days.
• pe777 reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain PKR thresholds. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if the associated account has outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

pe777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistani players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on jackpot slots, and sports betting credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Standard pe777 promotions carry a wagering requirement of between 20x and 40x the bonus amount in PKR, unless stated otherwise.
• Time Limits: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated wagering progress cannot be reinstated.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Jackpot slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, pe777 may impose a maximum single bet limit per round or per transaction. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pe777 Platform — including jackpot slots, live casino tables, Plinko, Premier League sports betting, and cockfighting — are governed by individual game rules that are made available within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these general Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail for matters specifically addressed therein.

pe777 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all digital casino games. pe777 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have the technical ability to alter RNG-driven results once a game round has been initiated. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available on request from pe777 support.

In the event of a genuine technical error or system malfunction during a game round, pe777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked PKR amount to the player's wallet. pe777 is not liable for winnings that would have been generated had a technical error not occurred.

pe777's in-play sports betting markets, including Premier League and HBL Pakistan Super League, are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market. Bets placed on events that have already commenced are subject to the in-play betting restrictions stated in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pe777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all PKR funds:

• Registering more than one pe777 account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the pe777 Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a game or the Platform to gain a financial advantage. Any such advantage must be reported to pe777 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating betting strategies across multiple accounts.
• Depositing PKR funds obtained through unlawful means, or using pe777 for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any pe777 Platform component.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pe777 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the pe777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface designs, software code, audio files, video content, and the pe777 brand name and identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of pe777 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

pe777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pe777 content without the express prior written consent of pe777.

Any unauthorised use of pe777's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pe777 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pe777 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of PKR winnings due to technical errors; loss of data; loss of anticipated savings; or any other economic loss, whether or not pe777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pe777's total cumulative liability to any individual player, arising from any cause of action or series of related causes of action, shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pe777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. pe777 makes reasonable efforts to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Privacy & Data Protection

pe777 collects, processes, and stores personal data relating to Pakistani players in accordance with the pe777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

pe777 may share your personal data with third-party service providers — including payment processors such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services — to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations. pe777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

pe777 retains player data for as long as your account remains active and for such period thereafter as may be required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes, including the resolution of disputes and the prevention of fraud.

Account Suspension & Termination

pe777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• A player's self-exclusion request submitted to pe777 support.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring pe777 to restrict access to the account.
• Evidence that the account holder does not meet the 18+ age eligibility requirement.

Where pe777 closes an account due to a player's breach of these Terms, any PKR balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. Where closure is initiated by the player for reasons unrelated to any breach (for example, a voluntary self-exclusion or account closure request), pe777 will process any remaining verified PKR balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pe777's operating jurisdiction. For Pakistani players, pe777 is committed to operating in a manner that is consistent with the legal framework applicable to online entertainment services in Pakistan.

In the event of any dispute between a Pakistani player and pe777, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through pe777's internal dispute resolution process as described in Section 14 of these Terms. pe777 endeavours to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
